Our analysis process takes into account current opportunities and the stage of development of the company, which allows for precise adjustment of development strategies. The aim is to ensure that every investment in employee development effectively strengthens key competencies and competitive advantage. We work with you to transform development programs into strategic growth tools.

- Acquaintance with the existing development programs in the company - currently challenges, problems in the development of employees.
- Checking the possibilities and direction of development of the organization - vision, goal/direction, experience with leaders, why it is important for your company.
- Build support adapted to the realities of the company - a tailor-made offer.

Diagnosis of Competencies
We start with an in-depth analysis of upskilling and reskilling needs in your organization. We conduct one-on-one interviews with employees and their supervisors to thoroughly understand the specific requirements and development goals. Our approach ensures that each development path is precisely tailored to the unique needs of your business.
Details:
- Based on the goal set by the organization, we conduct individual conversations with leaders and employees - the conversation script is prepared in advance for approval by decision makers.
- We map the current competencies of employees and leaders taking into account their predispositions and strengths*.
- We develop a “gap” between the current situation of the employee and the intended goal.

STAGE II - Personalization
Decision-making process in your company
To design the effectiveness of a development program, it is important to know the subconscious thought processes and decision-making processes. We conduct training+workshops in the field of behavioral economics, fostering a culture of commitment and trust in the organization.
Details:
- Participants have the opportunity to learn about behavioral economics and work with behavioral design for 8 hours.
- The training is carried out on a real case study of the company to create an effective environment for the development and selection of employees.
- The workshop includes topics such as: mental abbreviations - heuristics and cognitive biases, motivational aspects, commitment and goal setting.

Personalized development paths
We create individual development paths that focus on the most desirable competencies of the future: creativity, programming and critical thinking. Our learning methods are tailored to the individual style and pace of each participant, based on advanced principles of behavioral economics and decision making, which ensures maximum learning efficiency.
Details:
- Each of the employees has a created personalized development path adapted to the purpose, time and opportunities.
- Each mentoring begins with a meeting that defines the objectives, expectations, concerns, conditions of cooperation or the time and place of the meetings.
- The paths are made available to decision makers in a tool acceptable in the environment of the organization - we also adapt communication and tools to companies. If required - we sign the NDA.

STAGE III - Effective operation
Mentoring from experts
We connect employees with mentors and experts in key competencies. The sessions offer support, feedback and direction of development, motivating you to progress. We organize external or internal mentoring if the company does not have experts in the required competencies.
Details:
- We match the mentor in terms of knowledge, area, stage of development as well as predisposition.
- Each employee receives 10 1:1 individual meetings for 3 months.
- We create a safe space for employees, as well as collaboration on real company needs, not random projects.

Effectiveness assessment
Our growth paths are an integral part of the day-to-day work and long-term goals of your company. We conduct regular assessments of the progress and effectiveness of reskilling programs, allowing for ongoing adjustments and optimizations, ensuring that the investment in employee development brings tangible benefits.

- At the end of each month we meet with the decision person and present a report on the cooperation.
- We keep our “hand on the pulse” to respond in a timely manner to the needs of the company.
- The decision maker has insight into the employee development process.
